• Terry fabric has a thicker and more premium feel compared to regular football jersey fabric, making it durable and comfortable for everyday wear.

• The fabric itself is not color-dyed. Since the artwork is permanently infused into the fabric through sublimation printing, the prints are highly durable and do not fade easily with regular washing and use.

• With proper care, your T-shirt can maintain its appearance and quality for years.

Return & Replacement Policy

At MadrasMade, every product is made with care and undergoes quality checks before dispatch. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect product, we're here to help.

Eligible for Return or Replacement

We accept returns or replacements only if:

• We sent you the wrong size.

• The size received is significantly smaller or larger than the size ordered due to our manufacturing error.

• The product has stitching or manufacturing defects.

• You receive a defective or damaged product.

• The print is defective, blurred, misaligned, or incorrectly printed.

• You receive the wrong design, wrong product, or your order has been swapped during packing.

• There is a production or printing defect caused by us.

To process a replacement request, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos and videos of the issue.

Not Eligible for Return, Replacement, or Refund

We do not accept returns, replacements, or refunds for the following reasons:

• You ordered the wrong size.

• The size does not fit due to incorrect size selection.

• You changed your mind after receiving the product.

• You no longer like the design, color, or print.

• You wish to exchange one design for another.

• You want to swap your product for a different product after delivery.

• Minor color variations caused by screen settings, lighting, or photography.

• Damage caused by misuse, improper washing, or normal wear and tear.
